Our Commitment to Every Guest
Sapphire Shore trains its entire gaming floor staff on responsible gaming practices and participates in West Virginia's voluntary self-exclusion program. Resources and program information are posted at the players club desk and available from any floor supervisor on request.
Open Around the Clock
The gaming floor, poker room, and simulcast lounge operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the entrance for anyone who appears under 30.
