The Furlong Room
Signature Steakhouse
Dry-aged steaks and Shenandoah Valley produce, plus a bourbon list built around West Virginia and Virginia distillers. Reservations recommended Friday and Saturday. Open 5–10 PM daily.
Paddock Kitchen
Farm-to-Table Dining
A rotating seasonal menu sourced almost entirely from Jefferson County farms, with a dedicated vegetarian tasting menu on request. Open for breakfast and dinner daily.
Trackside Tavern
Casual Pub & Sports Lounge
Wings, burgers, and a wall of screens for race broadcasts and simulcast wagering. Walk-ins welcome, open until midnight most nights.
Blue Ridge Café
All-Day Breakfast & Lunch
Our most casual room, just off the lobby, with a full breakfast buffet and grab-and-go options for an early gate time. Open 6 AM–3 PM daily.
Winner's Circle Lounge
Rooftop Cocktail Terrace
Small plates and craft cocktails on a terrace overlooking the training track and pool deck. Open 4 PM–1 AM, weather permitting.
